Fleur Armstrong I just had my carpets cleaned yesterday with gem clean and they did the best job ever, I have had stains in my carpets for ages, and have tried other carpet cleaners but they have never got them out, except for gem clean, thanks again for doing a brilliant job, it now looks like i have brand new carpet. cheers fleur
